Why Breathwork & Embodiment
Most patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, procrastination, and avoidance are not mindset problems. They are nervous system responses.

When the body perceives a threat- whether that threat is emotional, relational, or internal- it will default to protection: overthinking, numbing, dissociating, or avoiding.​
​
Breathwork works because it directly influences the autonomic nervous system. By working with the breath, we can shift your physiological state, access emotional safety, and increase tolerance for discomfort- which is where real choice and growth become possible.

This allows change to happen experientially, not just intellectually.

My Philosophy
Confidence, in this work, is not bravado. It's the ability to remain grounded while facing fear, responsibility, intimacy, and uncertainty. ​I don't ask clients to adopt belief systems.
