I'm Hailey,
Guide of Atmos.
My entire childhood, I would lose myself in fantasy, both imagined and in media: novels, short stories, movies, shows, etc. These were both escapes from my reality and sources of creativity and pleasure. While my literary exploration bordered on the abusive and addictive side, it was also the doorway that led to knowledge and curiosity.
Programs like Timez Attack, a 3D dungeon-crawler-style game where players explore a fantasy world while defeating monsters by answering math problems, helped me learn multiplication. Projects in school where I had the opportunity to explore the origins of mythologies and fairy tales, and their links to the human mind and philosophy, taught me a lot about the inner projection of personal and transpersonal history on the past and into the future.
Years after my adolescent studies, I spent my post-secondary education at Montana State University studying Kinesiology, the human stress response, and my personal interests in meditation and yoga. I have found that real change doesn't come from forcing confidence or "fixing" ourselves. It comes from learning how to stay present with fear, emotion, and uncertainty without shutting down or escaping.
In July of 2025, I started a six-month IPHM-accredited certification course with The Breathworks Academy. I would not have been able to do this when I first started: build a business, put myself out there, or truly believe that I could pursue the life I have always wanted to live. It would have remained a castle made of clouds in my mind. Breathwork gave me the capacity to start. By the end of December, I earned my certification, now confident in my ability as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator to guide others, not because of the title, but because of the expansive journey that I had gone on myself.
While I have found this work to be deeply transformational and have since been able to make some huge changes in my life that I never would have been able to do before, I didn't just want to offer basic breathwork sessions to people. I wanted to make it a story that could be lived through; I wanted it to be fun. I have always wanted to set out on my own adventures and experience my own epics, and now I can. I can also offer the same thing to others. While the breathwork creates the felt sense of the adventure, the storyline gives you the chance to connect the inner work to an epic, customized by your own choices. Not only will your "avatar" earn titles throughout the journey, but you will also get the chance to live through your own odyssey.

This work tends to resonate most with people who are:
-
Thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning
-
Spiritually curious but grounded in reality
-
Skeptical of surface-level coaching or motivational hype
-
Building something: a career, a business, a relationship, creative work, or a deeper connection to themselves
If you're looking for quick fixes, to bypass discomfort, or for someone to tell you who to be or what to believe, this may not be the right fit.
If you are willing to slow down, feel yourself honestly, and build capacity from the inside out by embarking on a path you do not yet know the outcome of, it might be.
